Hey there!

I began videography in 2019, documenting renovations at our house with a trusty GH4. If you don't know, this camera has no stabilisation or autofocus, so I was definitely not prepared. Well, actually, when I was 7, I videoed our trip to Tangalooma on a camcorder. My dad and Josh got me started learning about editing and filmmaking.

I didn't use the GH4 for much longer, mainly because I didn't know how. After countless hours watching YouTube videos, I drifted away from the dreaded auto mode. One day, visiting DJI in the shopping centre, I really wanted to buy the DJI Spark...instead, got the Tello for my birthday. At this point, I was taking this drone everywhere; it was my flying pet.

In June 2019, I got the Mavic 2 Pro, and wow, it could fly—72kph, to be exact. I made some videos, and I'm not going to answer whether they were good. And well, I'm glad we got a warranty for it because, for some reason, it loved trees. Early the next year, I saved up enough to buy the GH5, and it taught me a lot as I used it in Premiere Pro.

After years of learning and experimenting, I've gained a lot of experience. I've been helping out with shooting testimonial videos, and now, as media prefect at Kedron SHS, I make lots of videos for school. We are currently working on an enrollment video. I have loved working with my BMPCC 4K for two years now and have gained lots of experience using DaVinci Resolve, especially for colour grading.
